Burlington County's Small Business Loan Program - The loan programs are designed to assist small businesses/business owners located in Burlington County or interested in locating in the county. The loan information is intended to help businesses select the program tailored to meet their financing needs.

Burlington County Economic Development and Regional Planning -   The New Jersey Constitution gives the ultimate power over land use to municipalities, who must maintain master plans, development ordinances and other planning documents and regulations under State law. While the County Planning Board has the authority to review projects that potentially impact County roads and drainage structures and other regulatory authorities exist under State law, the Board of Chosen Freeholders has encouraged the Division of Regional Planning to share its planning expertise and experience to provide local planning assistance to support municipal and community planning efforts that enable the community to achieve regional planning objectives.

Burlington County Board of Taxation – locates, inventories, and sets values for all taxable property within Burlington County, with the exception of certain State-assessed properties and other specified properties which are designated as exempt from taxation, by law.

Burlington County Clerk – The Burlington County Clerk still has the responsibility of recording land transactions, such as deeds and mortgages, from the 40 Municipalities within Burlington County, as traced back to the office’s humble beginning.  In addition, the County Clerk plays a significant role in the conducting of elections in Burlington County. The office supplies petitions for county and municipal offices, is the filing office for petitions for County office, and independent petitions for both county and municipal office, designs and prints all election ballots and processes all Vote by Mail applications.  Although this list is extensive, it is not exhaustive. Burlington County Engineer – Inside this site, you’ll find information on such things as our current projects, construction advisories, (major) roadway improvement planning initiatives, future projects, and the Burlington County Planning Board, to name just a few. The staff of this office is committed to improving the lives of the people of Burlington County by continuously improving our roads and bridges, and not just in the traditional sense.

Burlington County Finance Department – oversees all fiscal operations of the County. It provides support to the County Administrator in the development, analysis and review of the County's proposed operating budget and capital projects budget. It oversees the issuance of Bond Anticipation Notes and Bonds for various capital projects.  It provides financial trend monitoring and budget support services to departments/divisions. All State and Federal Grant reporting services are reviewed by the Department.

Burlington County Health Department Food Safety – Food Safety Courses, Inspection Reports and keeping food safe in an emergency.

Burlington County Septic and Well Application and Information - Here you will find applications and fee schedules for the installation of well and septic systems.

Burlington County Public Safety – is a consolidated countywide operation handling 9-1-1 emergency calls, police, fire, and emergency medical dispatch; and acts as a point of contact after hours for all County agencies. The Emergency Management's Emergency Operations Center (EOC), handles large scale or long term emergencies of natural or manmade causes. The Forensic Laboratory provides controlled substance analysis for the County police Agencies.

Burlington County GIS Maps – The Burlington County Department of Information Technology, GIS Section has been building and maintaining datasets for the County’s Geographic Information System (GIS) since 1995. Currently the County’s GIS contains tax parcel, natural resource, transportation, demographic, planning and environmental data. This information can be a great asset to tax assessors, building officials, engineers, planners, environmental commissions, fire districts and school districts with GIS capabilities.

Foreclosure Sales Listing - This site is provided as a public service by the Burlington County Sheriff's Office and is only intended to be general summary information to the public.

Burlington County Solid Waste Management - plans for, implements, and operates facilities located at the 522-acre Resource Recovery Complex for the environmentally sound management of residential and commercial solid waste, the recycling and reuse of tires, construction material, and old appliances and the processing of sewage sludge into compost fertilizer. Solid Waste Management oversees operation of the regional recycling program that provides for collection of recyclables at the curb and at drop-off sites located throughout the County, and provides assistance to businesses, institutions, and multifamily complexes in establishing recycling programs.

- The environment is everything around us - the air we breathe, the water we drink and use, and the food we consume. It's also the chemicals, radiation, microbes, and physical forces with which we come into contact. Our interactions with the environment are complex and are not always healthy. Atlantic City Electric - Atlantic City Electric, a subsidiary of Pepco Holdings, Inc., provides safe and reliable electric service to 547,000 customers in southern New Jersey.

PSEG- PSE&G is a regulated public utility company engaged in the transmission and distribution of gas and electricity to nearly three quarters of New Jersey's population.

State of New Jersey Department of Health - The Food and Drug Safety Program regulates food, drug, and cosmetic safety and provides information to consumers and the regulated industry. Major activities include: License and inspect wholesale food, milk, and shellfish establishments; Enforce food safety laws; Provide consumer information; Issue Public Health Advisories; Assist in the investigation of food borne outbreaks; Issue export certificates; and Register wholesalers and manufacturers of prescription/non-prescription drugs, medical devices, and medical gases.

Consumer, Environmental and Occupational Health Service - Our Service is diverse, and includes programs and projects in food and milk safety, hazardous site, health evaluation, environmental and occupational diseases, indoor air, regulated medical waste, tattoos and permanent makeup, youth camp safety, asbestos and lead training certification, and more.

The Division houses the Bureau of Housing Inspection; implements construction codes including building, plumbing, fire protection, radon codes, asbestos and lead abatement; and oversees carnival/amusement ride inspections, LP gas installations, rooming and boarding house licenses, and the State’s New Home Warranty program. California Economic Strategy Panel - continuously examines changes in the state’s economic base and industry sectors to develop a statewide vision and strategic initiatives to guide public policy decisions for economic growth and competitiveness. The California Regional Economies Project is currently the lead mechanism for these efforts.

New Jersey Roadway Information and Traffic Counts - is responsible for the collection and dissemination of TRAFFIC COUNTS in various formats (the link is for the most current online searchable format), and only on the State Highway System.

State of New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control - Alcohol Licensing information.

New Jersey Real Estate Commission - The REC issues licenses to real estate brokers and salespersons, real estate schools, and course instructors, as well as establishes standards of practice for the real estate brokerage profession. It also regulates and registers out-of-state sales through New Jersey brokers.

New Jersey Chamber of Commerce - The New Jersey Chamber of Commerce is a business advocacy organization based in Trenton. Created in 1911, the State Chamber staff represents its members on a wide range of business and education issues at the State House and in Washington. The organization also links the state’s local and regional chambers on issues of importance through its grassroots legislative network.

The Burlington County Chamber of Commerce was founded in 1933 and has been serving the community for over 70 years.
