Washtenaw County – The official website of Washtenaw County, MI.

Washtenaw County Property/Parcel Lookup - The Property/Parcel Lookup combines current real property (real estate) data from the Washtenaw County Treasurer and the Equalization and Property Description Department.

Business Names Search – Search the county’s database for business names, owner’s names, file dates, etc.

Business Names – County information about creating a fictitious (Business) names.

Building & Environmental Permits – The eConnect web site only includes permits for the jurisdictions covered by Washtenaw County's Development Services. Check the Jurisdiction Chart for those jurisdictions. All parcels in Washtenaw County can be displayed, however, permit information is only available for those jurisdictions covered by Washtenaw County. If you live in another jurisdiction, you will need to go to that jurisdiction to apply for a permit.

MapWashtenaw  - Provides access to the latest parcel maps and property data available from Washtenaw County through an interactive map viewer.  The viewer shows a variety of property data for the entire county, aerial photos, schools, police/fire stations, natural features and the County Board of Commissioners districts.

Washtenaw County Clerk - The County Clerk/Register of Deeds Office was mandated by the Michigan Constitution of 1835 to serve county citizens with many different record-keeping duties.

Washtenaw County Economic Development - The place for businesses to bring their vision to reality.

Food Safety Division - The Environmental Health Division licenses and inspects over 1000 food service establishments within Washtenaw County. The purpose of conducting these inspections is to ensure that safe food is being served to the public.

Road Commission - All primary (590 miles) and local (1,059 miles) public roads in Washtenaw County that are outside the cities and villages are maintained by Road Commission crews.

Traffic Counts - Each year, the Washtenaw County Road Commission takes hundreds of traffic counts on county roads. Traffic counts assist the Road Commission in monitoring the county road system and are useful in many engineering applications.

The Michigan Small Business and Technology Development Center (MI-SBTDC) - Is the Feet on the Street serving small business.  Last year the SBTDC statewide network provided counseling, training and market research assistance to nearly 16,000 small businesses in Michigan. 

Michigan Department of Transportation (MDoT) – Michigan Department of Transportation is responsible for planning, designing, and operating streets, highways, bridges, transit systems, airports, railroads and ports. Michigan Traffic Counts – Get Average Annual Daily Traffic (AADT) Counts for state & county roadways.

Michigan Liquor Control Commission - Regulatory agency provides legislative updates, online liquor control code and related laws, access to forms and publications.

Michigan State University ExtensionServSafe® Food Safety - This 16-hour certification program provides food managers with thorough training in all areas of food safety relevant to the food service industry.  Upon successful completion of an exam, managers will receive a certificate verifying that they are a certified ServSafe® Food Protection Manager. 

Michigan Interfaith Loan Fund - The Michigan Interfaith Trust Fund offers low interest loans to small businesses in the state of Michigan to promote community economic development. These businesses generally do not qualify for conventional bank loans. Some examples include: day care center, florist, restaurant, deli, coffee shop, cyber cafe, lawn service, clothing design/manufacturing business, etc.

SCORE Chapter 18 DETROIT  - Is a nonprofit association dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth and success of small business in Southeast Michigan.  SCORE is a resource partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
