This one goes back to the Stone Age. In fact you probably experienced this one while buying your first car. You remember that slick guy with the plaid jacket and bad haircut pressuring you into the sale? “Cause if you don't buy this cream puff, that guy that just left the lot to get his wallet, certainly will”.

Well, I've got bad news for you kids; he got out of the car business and went into real estate (probably because there are more suckers and fewer regulations).

There’s a lot of money to be made in real estate and the lies, deceptions and progressive disclosures seem to come a little easier and faster depending on the situation...Never be pressured into making a bad decision fast.

That's why we always suggest you do all of your groundwork first. Then you should have the proper information to make better decisions.
